AGE and DRIVING LICENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Renting Age	You must be at least 21 years old to rent at this location. If you are between 21 and 25 years old you must pay a young driver surcharge of EUR 18.15 per day (vat inclusive) The maximum young driver surcharge per rental is EUR 272.25.
Maximum Renting Age	No maximum renting age restrictions apply
Driving Licence Restrictions	Each driver must show photographic proof of identity in the form of a passport or identity card with a valid driving licence, held for at least one year, issued by the country of residence. If you have a non roman alphabet driving licence or you are not resident in the European union an International driving licence will be required If you have a Greek driving licence this will be accepted only if endorsed on the front by ‘Permis de Counduire’

Fuel Charges (per litre)	Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental. To avoid refuelling charges please return the car with a full tank of fuel. If the fuel tank is not full we will fill the tank and charge you for the fuel. Fuel is charged at market price plus tax. A refuelling service charge of EUR 18.15 applies.

Collecting and Returning Your Vehicle	During Office Hours If you are delayed and arrive outside of office hours due to a delayed flight, no additional charge will apply. This service is available on request only and it must be requested at the time of booking. Must budget rental locations in Italy will allow vehicles to be returned when the location is closed, but a charge will apply – please make the rental location aware of your needs.
ONE WAY RENTALS
Domestic:	One way rentals are available from this location for a charge of EUR 54.45 (vat included) . The return location must be in the same country. Domestic one way rentals, within the same urban area, are free of charge. One way rentals are not allowed to / from Sardinia One way rentals to/from Sicily are available for a charge of EUR 84.70 (vat included)
International:	Available, subject to availability
CROSS BORDER CHARGES
Cars cannot be taken into the Italian Islands except for Sicily. You are not permitted to take your Budget rental vehicle into Albania, Cis, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Belarus, Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Russia, Serbia, Herzegovina, Romania, Ex Yugoslavia,(Bosnia etc), Greece, Lettonia, Czech and Slovak Republics, Ukraine, Moldavia (and all eastern countries), Africa, Malta, Cyprus or the Middle east. You may drive into Slovenia and Croatia with the following car groups: A,B,C,D,E,F,I,M,K. You are allowed to take you Budget rental vehicle into Croatia via ferry. Cars can be driven into Slovenia and Croatia, customers are completely insured if the supercover package is accepted. You may travel into and return your Budget rental vehicle to Croatia and Slovenia with the following car groups: A,B,C,D,E,F,I,M,K. Customers driving Budget cars on highways in Slovenia have to pay a tax of € 35.00 for all the period they stay in this country. The blue stamp must be put on the front window of the vehicle and can be bought at the entry in Slovenia in tobacco shops, gas stations and newspaper shops. Should you not display the required stamp on the windscreen a fine of between EUR 300.00 and EUR 800.00 will be charged.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Airport and Railway surcharge Any ancillary products rented will be liable to a surcharge of 16% at airport locations and 8% at railway locations.

We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. Vehicle capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
